Stephanie Suddarth Stephanie is the President and one of the owners of City Blends, Ltd. Stephanie has been in the Health Fitness industry for over 20 years, with knowledge in the areas of Management, wholesale and retail Sales, product Distribution, and she specializes in Marketing. She attended Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas, graduating with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Stephanie brings to City Blends a passion for the business, valuable knowledge of nutrition, and leadership. John Hoffmann John Hoffmann is the co-owner and founder of both City Blends and Lone Star Distribution. John has 15 years in the sports nutrition industry, he was EAS's first local representative. In the sports world, John has won 2 National Powerlifting titles and still holds several world records. He has his PhD in Archaeology and Intertestamental Literature. Dave Gaines Dave is a the Customer Relations Manager for City Blends He has been representing either City Blends or our distributor, Lone Star Distribution, for over 14 years in various capacities. He is one of the longest serving employees. Dave has a degree in communications from Southern Methodist University as well as many graduate school hours in professional counseling. Dave has 3 children that are active in school sports and church activities. Denise Nester Denise is a City Blends account representative with Lone Star Distribution and has been there for 8 years. Prior to that, she owned two smoothie stores which also feature many lines of sports supplements.  | Tim Engle Tim been in the fitness industry for 23 years. He is one of the original members of the City Blends team. He has worked at every level of the fitness business from picking up weights as a child, to club developer and GM. He has worked for many major club chains, including Gold’s Gym, World Gym, and Powerhouse Gym. He has a unique understanding of the fitness business and the market in general. He also understands the needs of starting a new health club and the systems required to make it a success. Certifications and training include: ACE, Apex, Body Pump, and Aphelion software.
